These systems are available in various options a single pedestal (Tx) for single or double doors. This pedestal detects approx 1 meter on either side, so it is ideal for single doors. When sited in the middle of a double door, it can protect a double door with a single pedestal, making the system very cost effective. A slave pedestal (Rx) can be added to increase the detection of a single pedestal upto 1.8 meters between the two pedestals (TxRx). Two single pedestals (TxTx) can be added to detect an area of upto 4 meters, making this a very cost effective system.
